The Power of Change

The Power of Change

To Change …. Or…. Not to Change   --  Creating a Plan

Just think for a second, how we can learn something in a few minutes and then take a lifetime to try to change it.

Does that ring a bell?

This workshop helps to clarify how and why something like this happens.
It brings to light the “Process of Change”;
How we are wired;
Describes the intricacies of a behavior pattern;
what are the obstacles to change;
The impact that it has on our life;
how we can manifest our goals and finally you will select something you wish to shift in your life.

You will be able to use the tools learned in this workshop to work with this for the next ten weeks….. and beyond.

image10

This state of the art workshop looks at 2 main components: It identifies your teaching/management style and identifies the specific temperament of your student. As an additional benefit, you can use it to identify your temperament as well.

The results of these inventories will indicate:

1. What is your dominant Teaching style? ______________

2. What is your child’s Temperament? _______________________

3. What is your child’s learning style? ________________________

Based on the above information you can now begin to draw some conclusions and develop a picture of your own student. Remember, each child is different so each picture will be different and your way for each child will be different as well.

Ask yourself, does your Management/life style impact on the behavior of your student?

Can you be open to the possibility of recognizing your unique gifts/the gifts of our students and be able to partner with them in order to change specific academic and behavioral outcomes.

That there are very specific characteristics, which we need to be aware of that can change the relationship with that specific student who is hitting the wall and having difficulty achieving their goals.

Through the use of these very enlightening inventories which identifies both your teaching style and temperament of your student you will be able to:

1. Have a better understanding of the nature of your student

2. Plan behavioral incentive programs that promote social/emotional growth

3. Works to develop healthier relationships

4. Sets the groundwork for enhanced academic growth.

5. Become more effective managers.
